We offer worldwide shipping. We dispatch orders from Sydney, Australia, and deliver artworks to customers worldwide.

All in-stock orders are processed within 7 business days. All orders requiring framing or fixture and crating prior to shipping are processed within 2 -3 weeks as these depend on external service providers.
3. Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped via DHL Express, ensuring reliable and secure delivery of your artwork. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.
4. Shipping Cost
Australia:
Sydney: We offer complimentary shipping or delivery on all orders within the Sydney Metro region.
Outside of Sydney Metro: Please email hello@marisabelgonzalez.com to request a shipping quote, as rates vary based on size and location.
International:
International customers should contact us for a shipping quote, as rates vary by destination country. Please email hello@marisabelgonzalez.com for assistance.
5. Tracking Information

Returns & Refunds
Please choose your piece carefully, as unfortunately all purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If your piece is damaged in transit, please contact us via hello@marisabelgonzalez.com with your order details and images of the piece, and we will be in touch. We require that all customers inspect the packaging and item upon delivery before opening the box. If the box or packaging shows any visible damage, please take clear photos from multiple angles to document it. After documenting, carefully open the package to check if the item inside—such as the painting or frame—has been affected.
To ensure thoroughness, please provide as much detail as possible in your documentation. This step is essential for any potential insurance claims, as it allows us to record any visible damage.
Please note: Failure to complete this inspection process may limit our ability to assist with insurance claims. MARISABEL GONZALEZ PTY LTD cannot be held responsible for declined claims if the required documentation is incomplete.
